- Use of any alarm system while it is not properly registered is a
minor misdemeanor and may result in a required court appearance.
- A separate permit is not required for users having both a police
and fire alarm system.
- The permit fee is twenty-five ($25.00)
dollars for a 2-year period plus a ten-dollar ($10.00) application fee,
for a total cost of thirty-five dollars ($35.00).
